摘  要:为解决目前标准中手排法和光电法测试羊绒纤维长度存在的问题,自主研发了一种能够快速测量羊绒、散绒毛长度的新方法--双须光电法。取9种分梳山羊绒,采用GB 18267-2013《山羊绒》测试方法及双须光电法2种方法进行测试对比。结果表明:双须光电法测试的羊绒根数平均长度和短绒率都与手排法的测量结果没有显著性差异;2种方法测试的根数频率分布规律整体一致。双须光电法的试样量远大于手排法,双须光电法多个须丛间的长度变异系数小、测试结果稳定,不受人工技术和人为因素影响。In order to solve the existing problems of measuring the fiber length of cashmere fibers by the hand row method and the photoelectric method in the current standard,we have developed a new method that can quickly test the length of cashmere and loose pile-the double whisker photoelectric method.Nine kinds of carded cashmere were selected and tested by GB 18267—2013‘Cashmere’test method and double whisker photoelectric method.The results showed that the average length and short pile rate of cashmere roots tested by the double whisker photoelectric method were not significantly different from those measured by the hand row method;the frequency distribution of the root number measured by the two methods was consistent.The sample volume of the double whisker photoelectric method is much larger than the manual row method.The length variation coefficient between multiple whisker clusters of the double whisker photoelectric method is small,the test result is stable,and it is not affected by artificial technology and human factors.
