摘  要:分析了我国煤化工主要生产路线的碳流向和碳利用情况,计算了煤化工生产过程的碳排放。通过分析计算可知,原煤中碳的1/5~1/3进入产品;按转化单位煤炭计,煤化工碳排放强度2.1 t/tce^2.5 t/tce,比燃煤发电低19%~32%;按生产单位热值能源产品计,煤制油气路线碳排放强度比燃煤发电有所降低;煤制燃料和肥料在使用时将碳释放,不再具有留碳功能;煤制化学品的碳可以多次利用,具有更强的留碳能力。以煤制化学品计,2018年我国煤化工行业节碳能力约1.15亿t,实际节碳量约9700万t。The carbon flow direction and carbon utilization of main production routes of coal chemical industry in China were analyzed,calculating the CO2 emissions in the process of coal chemical production.It was learned through analysis and calculation that about 1/5-1/3 of carbon from the raw coal entered the product.In terms of conversion per unit of coal,the CO2 emission intensity of coal chemical industry was about 2.1 t-2.5 t CO2/tce,which was 19%-32%lower than that of coal-fired power generation.In terms of production per unit heat value of energy products,the carbon emission intensity of coal to oil or gas was lower than that of coal-fired power generation.Once coal to oil,gas or fertilizer products were used,carbon would be released again,without carbon capture.Coal chemicals had carbon capture capacity,with many times of carbon utilization.In terms of coal to chemicals,the carbon saving capacity of China′s coal chemical industry in 2018 was about 115 million tons,with actual carbon saving of about 97 million tons.
