摘 要:以芳醛和1,3-环己二酮为底物,三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯为含氟砌块,痕量I 2作为催化剂,一锅法绿色高效地合成了一系列含三氟甲基四氢苯并吡喃酮的衍生物。该工艺反应条件温和,反应时间短,操作简易,环境友好且收率较高(86%~92%),适合规模化生产。并对三氟甲基四氢苯并吡喃酮衍生物的脱水反应进行了研究,考察了四种不同的脱水剂,只有在对甲苯磺酸/甲苯中回流数小时脱水才得以进行。A series of derivatives of trifluoromethyl tetrahydrobenzopyrone were synthesized by one pot method using aromatic aldehyde and 1,3-cyclohexanedione as substrates,ethyl trifluoroacetoacetate as fluorine-containing block and trace I 2 as catalyst.The process was characterized by mild reaction conditions,short reaction time,simple operation,friendly environment and high yield(86%~92%).The dehydration of trifluoromethyl tetrahydrobenzopyranone derivatives was studied.Four different dehydrating agents were investigated.The dehydration can only be carried out in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid/toluene for several hours.
