摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了系列Sr2MgSiO5:Eu^2+发光材料,并采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、荧光光谱(PL)等测试方法对样品的物相结构和发光特性进行了表征及测试。研究结果表明:Sr2MgSiO5:Eu^2+发光材料中,加入少量Eu^2+离子后没有明显改变Sr 2MgSiO 5晶体结构,提高晶化温度有利于Sr 2MgSiO 5晶相的生成。当Eu^2+的掺杂量为0.04,Ba 2MgSiO 5:Eu^2+发光强度最佳。本文合成的宽激发带Sr2MgSiO5:Eu^2+发光材料可以应用到白光LED的技术中。The luminescent materials of Sr2MgSiO5:Eu^2+were prepared by sol-gel method,and the resultant samples were characterized and analyzed using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and fluorescence spectroscopy(PL).The results showed that the addition of a small amount of Eu^2+ions did not significantly change the Sr2MgSiO5 crystal structure in Sr2MgSiO5:Eu^2+luminescent material,increasing the crystallization temperature was conducive to the formation of Sr2MgSiO5 crystal phase.It was determined that the best doping amount of Eu^2+molar fraction X(Eu^2+)=0.04,Ba 2MgSiO 5:Eu^2+had the best luminous intensity.Sr2MgSiO5:Eu^2+for the synthesis of wide excitation bands can be applied to white LED technology.
