摘  要:为了确保高温爆破作业的安全实施,对高温爆破所用的现场混装乳化炸药进行研究和分析。研究发现高温会影响乳化炸药的稳定性,并且破坏其相关性能结构,出现析晶现象。本文研究了现场混装乳化炸药在高温炮孔中,测试乳化基质在高温下稳定性。通过TG-DSC对现场混装乳化炸药热稳定进行研究,结果表明其具有较好的热稳定性,可以在高温炮孔中维持一定时间。现场混装乳化炸药在含有高温情况下与常温相比,会明显缩短储存期,提前破乳。In order to ensure the safety of the high temperature blasting operation implement,the on-site mixed emulsion explosive used in the high temperature blasting were studied and analyzed.The study found that high temperature would affect the stability of emulsion explosive,destroy its related properties and structures,and appear crystallization.The storage stability of on-sit mixed emulsion explosive in high temperature blast hole was studied.TG-DSC was used to study the thermal stability of on-site mixed emulsion explosive.The results showed that it had good thermal stability and can be maintained for a certain time in high temperature gun holes.Compared with normal temperature,on-site mixed emulsion explosives can shorten storage life and break milk in advance.
