毫针配合埋针治疗周围性面瘫恢复期临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察毫针配合埋针治疗周围性面瘫恢复期的疗效。方法采用随机序列软件生成80个随机序列数,80例周围性面瘫的患者按就诊顺序依次从前至后取用随机序列数,奇数者为毫针组(对照组),偶数者为毫针加埋针组(治疗组),每组40例。对照组采用毫针常规针刺治疗,留针30 min,每周6次,6次为一个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,2个疗程之间休息1 d,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用埋针疗法。治疗效果评价标准为国家"十一五"针灸重点专科面瘫协作组制订的标准,采用患侧与健侧对照的评分方法及临床疗效评价。结果治疗3个疗程后,对照组有效率为85.0%,治疗组有效率为95.0%,2组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后症状评分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论毫针配合埋针治疗周围性面瘫恢复期有良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of filiform needle combined with press-needle in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis in the recovery period.Method Generating 80 random sequence using random sequence software,80 patients with peripheral facial paralysis took random sequence numbers from the way of visiting in order of treatment,odd number is control group,and even number is treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with filiform needle,time is 30 min,6 times a week,6 times for a course of treatment,3 courses in total,one day break between each course,and the treatment group was treated with filiform needle combined with press-needle.The evaluation standard of treatment effect is the standard formulated by the National"Eleventh Five Year"Key Specialist Acupuncture and Moxibustion Team,which is the method of contrast between the affected side and the healthy side,another one is clinical efficiency.Results After three courses of treatment,the effective rate of the control group and the treatment group was 85%and 95%respectively.There was significant difference in clinical efficiency between the two groups(P<0.05),and the difference in score between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Filiform needle combined with press-needle has a good effect on the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,it can improve the symptoms of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
