摘 要:研究金华地区10个江南牡丹观花和油用品种的遗传多样性,以便为供试材料的利用和品种选育工作提供理论参考。本研究采用SSR分子标记技术,用10对引物分析了10个江南牡丹品种50份材料的遗传多样性。结果表明:10对引物在50份材料中共扩增出103个位点,其中多态性位点为93个;供试的50份材料的遗传相似系数为0.751 9~0.972 3,平均遗传相似系数为0.847 6;其中大富贵和黑楼亲缘关系最近(相似系数为0.972 3),垫江红和云芳亲缘关系最远(相似系数为0.751 9)。聚类分析表明,在遗传距离为0.21处,10个江南牡丹品种可分为2个大的分支;第一个大的分支包括‘红芙蓉’(HFR)、‘一品红’(YPH)、‘玉楼春’(YLC)、‘垫江红’(DJH)共4个品种20份材料,第二个大的分支由‘大富贵’(DFG)、‘黑楼’(HL)、‘富贵粉’(FGF)、‘凤丹’(FD)、‘脂玉’(ZY)、‘云芳’(YF) 6个品种30份材料组成。研究结果表明,这10个江南牡丹品种总体遗传多样性较高,各品种之间的亲缘关系为后续杂交育种工作提供理论参考方面具有重要的指导意义。The genetic diversity of 10 ornamental and oil peony cultivars in Jinhua area was studied in order to provide theoretical references for the utilization of tested materials and the breeding of varieties. In this study,genetic diversity of 50 cultivars of tree peony from Yangtze River(10 cultivars) was analyzed by SSR markers with10 pairs of primers. The results showed that 103 loci were amplified from 50 of the 10 primers, of which 93 were polymorphic loci. The genetic similarity coefficient of the 50 materials tested was 0.751 9~0.972 3, and the average genetic similarity coefficient was 0.847 6. Among them, the relationship between the great wealth and the black house was the closest(similarity coefficient was 0.972 3), and the relationship between Dianjiang red and Yunfang was the farthest(the similarity coefficient was 0.751 9). Cluster analysis showed that 10 peony cultivars could be divided into 2 large branches at a genetic distance of 0.21. The first major branches include 4 varieties of 20 materials, such as ’Hongfurong’(HFR), ’Yipinghong’(YPH), ’Yulouchun’(YLC) and ’Dianjianghong’(DJH). The second large branches include 6 varieties of 30 ingredients, such as ’Dafugui’(DFG), ’Heilou’(HL), ’Fuguifen’(FGF), ’Fengdan’(FD), ’Zhiyu’(ZY) and ’Yunfang’(YF). The results showed that the total genetic diversity of these10 peony cultivars was relatively high, and the genetic relationship among the varieties has important guiding significance for the subsequent cross breeding work.
