摘 要:为明确艾蒿对小白菜化感作用,本研究采用培养皿滤纸法,以小白菜(Brassica campestris ssp. chinensis L.)为研究对象,测定种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数以及幼苗的株高、根长、侧根数以及幼苗鲜质量等指标,结合化感效应指数的综合效应值,对艾蒿茎叶水浸提液的化感活性进行测定。结果表明,随着浸提液质量浓度(12.5~50 g/L)的提高,2个小白菜品种种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数以及幼苗的株高、根长、侧根数以及幼苗鲜质量等总体上逐渐减小,且存在品种间差异。低浓度下(12.5 g/L)艾蒿水浸提液对‘四季黄秧’小白菜的发芽率、幼苗主根长、株高、侧根数和鲜质量等均无显著影响,但极显著抑制了‘四季奶油’小白菜的发芽率、幼苗主根长和鲜质量等(p<0.01),各处理浓度下的综合效应指数也以‘四季奶油’小白菜较高。说明小白菜对艾蒿的化感作用大小与品种有关。在所测定的指标中,两个品种均以发芽势对艾蒿水浸提液的化感作用最敏感,表明发芽势可作为衡量艾蒿对小白菜化感作用的评价指标,其它可以作为参考指标。The germination rate, germination potential, germination index, plant height, root length, number of lateral roots and fresh weight of seedlings were studied by using dish filter method and pakchoi as the experimental material. Combined with the comprehensive effect value of allelopathic effect index, the allelopathic activity of water extract from stem and leaf of Artemisia argyi was determined. The results showed that with the increase of the concentration of the extract(12.5~50 g/L), the germination percentage, germination potential, germination index,seedling height, root length, lateral root number and fresh quality of two pakchoi varieties decreased gradually, and there are differences among varieties. At low concentration(12.5 g/L), the water extract of Artemisia argyi had no significant effect on the germination rate, main root length, plant height, lateral root number and fresh quality of’Sijihuangyang’ pakchoi. However, the germination rate, main root length, plant height, lateral root number and fresh quality of ’Sijinaiyous’ pakchoi were significantly inhibited. The comprehensive effect index of ’Sijinaiyous’ pakchoi was also higher under each treatment concentration, which indicated that the allelopathic effect of pakchoi on Artemisia argyi was related to the variety. In the measured index, the two varieties are most sensitive to the chemical sensing effect of the water extract of the Artemisia argyi, indicating that germination potential could be used as an index to evaluate the allelopathic effect of Artemisia argyi on cabbage, and others could be used as a reference index.
