摘 要:选择以氯化钠和硅藻土为人工污秽、乙醇为稀释剂制备污液,对聚烯烃表面进行定量均匀涂污。采用静态接触角法和喷水分级法测试并研究了稀释剂用量、盐密、污层厚度等对聚烯烃材料憎水性迁移的影响。结果表明:聚烯烃绝缘子材料表面存在憎水性迁移;盐密和污秽厚度对静态水接触角大小有重要影响;当涂污盐密和灰密分别为0.1 mg/cm^2和0.5 mg/cm^2时,憎水性迁移时间从24 h增加到96 h,静态水接触角从75°增大到87°左右,憎水性分级测量结果为HC3级。A soiling solution was prepared by using sodium chloride and diatomite as artificial pollution,and ethanol as diluent.Then the soiling solution was coated on the surface of polyolefin material quantificationally and homogeneously.The effect of the amount of diluent,salt density,and the thickness of pollution layer on the hydrophobicity migration of polyolefin material was studied by static contact angle method and water spray classification method.The results show that the polyolefin insulator material exhibits hydrophobicity migration.The salt density and thickness of pollution layer has great influence on the static water contact angle.When the salt deposit density and non-soluble deposit density is 0.1 mg/cm^2 and 0.5 mg/cm^2,respectively,and hydrophobicity migration time increases from 24 h to 96 h,the static water contact angle increases from 75°to about 87°,and the hydrophobicity attains HC3 level.
