摘 要:为了研究长链硅烷修复液对水树老化交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆电气性能提升的长期性效果,对用两种不同配方修复液修复的水树电缆样本和未修复的水树电缆样本进行电热老化,随后结合击穿电压测试、扫描电镜观测和红外光谱测试,分析老化后电缆的电气性能及绝缘微观结构的变化情况。结果表明:电热协同老化35天后,修复样本的水树长度明显小于未修复的水树样本,且添加了长链硅烷的修复样本水树长度最小。修复后电缆样本的击穿电压明显高于未修复样本,且添加了长链硅烷的修复样本击穿电压最大。添加长链硅烷成分的修复液能更好地保留在水树老化区域,能更有效地抑制水树的生长,具有更好的长期性效果。In order to study the long-term effect of long-chain siloxane rejuvenate liquid on improving the electrical properties of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)water-tree aged cable,electrical-thermal ageing experiments were conducted on water tree aged cables,one of which was rejuvenated by two kinds of rejuvenate liquid with different components,and one of which was un-rejuvenated.The variation of electrical properties and insulation microstructure of the aged cable were analyzed combining with breakdown voltage tests,scanning electron microscopy,and infrared spectroscopy.The results show that after electrical-thermal ageing for 35 days,the water tree of the rejuvenated cable is significantly shorter than that of cable without rejuvenation,and the water tree of the cable rejuvenated by long-chain siloxane is the shortest.The breakdown voltage of the rejuvenated cable is significantly higher than that of the cable without rejuvenation,and the breakdown voltage of the cable rejuvenated by long-chain siloxane is the highest.It is found that the rejuvenate liquid with long-chain siloxane has better long-term effect,because it can be better retained in the ageing area and inhibit the growth of water tree more effectively.
