摘　　要：钢管圆锯机是机车管路配装中必不可少的设备。对于钢管锯切精度低,无法满足组装要求,通过对圆锯机夹具定位夹紧方式进行分析,确定设计优化圆锯机夹具来提高钢管锯切精度,以达到降低成本和提高效率的目的。Steel pipe circular saw is an indispensable equipment in locomotive pipeline assembly. For the low accuracy of steel pipe sawing, it can not meet the assembly requirements. Through the analysis of fixture positioning and clamping mode of circular saw machine, it is determined to design and optimize the fixture of circular saw machine to improve the accuracy of steel pipe sawing, in order to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
