摘 要:在爆炸容器内的爆燃压力测试实验中,传统抗干扰结构的传压孔设计会导致测试结果数值偏低。若去除传压孔,将传感器置于容器内,会面临传感器被破片击中和爆燃过程中产生的寄生效应等一系列问题。为此该文提出一种寄生效应抑制结构,在隔离寄生信号的基础上,保护传感器并提升测试结果的准确性。经过数次现场实验,通过对比安装该结构与未安装该结构得到的压力曲线,观察寄生效应抑制结构对寄生输出的抑制效果。将正式测试所得的数据进行滤波处理得出测试结果,与理论值作比较,验证测试结果的准确性。经实验证明:该测试方法可有效抑制外界干扰,得到较为清晰且直观的压力曲线;测试结果接近于理论值,测试结果数值偏低的问题得以解决。The design of the pressure transmission hole in the traditional anti-interference structure will result in the low value of the test result in the deflagration pressure test experiment in explosion container.If we get rid of the pressure-transfer hole and placing the sensor in the container,there would be a series of problems such as the sensor being hit by fragments and parasitic effects during deflagration,etc.So a parasitic suppression structure was designed for solving such problems above.The structure could protect the sensor and improve the accuracy of test results while isolating parasitic signals.After several field experiments,we could observe the inhibitory effect of the parasitic suppression structure on the parasitic output by comparing pressure curves between that obtained by installing the structure and not installing the structure.Then verify the accuracy of the test results by comparing the result value and theoretical value after filtering the data from the formal test.This experiment has demonstrated that this kind of test method could effectively suppress external interference and obtain a clear and intuitive pressure curve.And the result value is close to the theoretical value,the problem of low result value has been solved.
