摘　　要：热量表作为热计量贸易结算的重要计量器具,其长期运行的稳定性和量值的准确度至关重要,耐久性试验是检验热量表长期运行可靠性的主要方法。设计并研制一套新型热量表耐久性试验装置,装置采用双供水系统与双试验管路的组合设计,实现4000次交变式加速磨损试验,磨损强度达到相关欧洲标准要求。此外,通过结构化功能模块设计,使该装置还可进行2400 h与300 h耐久性试验,满足不同试验需求。试验结果表明,研制的新装置不仅达到国际上对热量表耐久性试验磨损强度的新要求,还为新的热量表型式评价方法的推广实施提供了技术支撑。As an important measuring instrument for thermal measurement trade settlement,the long-term stability and measurement accuracy of the heat meter is very important,and durability experiments are the main means and methods to test the long-term operation of heat meter.A new experimental equipment for the durability of heat meter is designed and developed,the device adopts the combined design of double water supply system and double experimental pipeline,realizing 4000 times of alternating acceleration wear experiments,and the wear intensity meets the relevant European standards.In addition,through the design of structured functional modules,the device can also be used to complete the 2400 h and 300 h durability experiment to adapt to different experimental requirements.The experimental results show that the new device not only meets the international requirements for the experimental wear strength of the durability of heat meter,but also provides technical support for the promotion and implementation of the new type evaluation method of heat meter.
