摘 要:为对直升机关键部位的振动水平进行预测,提高对飞行过程中振动情况的预知能力,降低直升机试飞风险,该文通过对试飞数据进行分析,统计归纳得到直升机振动变化规律,并以发动机功率作为输入参数建立振动预测模型,进一步基于振动预测模型对直升机监控方案进行优化设计。通过直升机试飞对预测模型及监控方案进行验证,结果表明:所建立的预测模型可以对直升机振动水平进行有效预测,并且优化后的监控方案可以更好地对直升机振动水平进行监控与振动故障预警,有效保障直升机的试飞安全。Based on the analysis of test flight data,the vibration rules of helicopter vibration are obtained.And the vibration prediction model to predict vibration level of the key parts of the helicopter is established using engine power as the input parameter,which improves the ability to predict the vibration level during flight and reduces helicopter flight risk,further the monitoring scheme of the helicopter is optimized based on the vibration prediction.The prediction model and monitoring scheme are verified by helicopter test,and the results show that the prediction model can effectively predict the helicopter vibration level,and the optimized monitoring scheme can monitor and warn the helicopter vibration level better and effectively ensure the safety of helicopter test flight.
