柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂RS-2100的工业应用

摘　　要：在中国石油辽阳石化公司200万t/a加氢精制装置上进行了柴油超深度加氢脱硫催化剂RS-2100的工业应用,对应用初期的运行结果进行了标定。结果表明:使用催化剂RS-2100后,装置运转正常,催化剂各项指标满足生产要求;在反应器入口温度为322℃,高压分离器压力为6.0MPa,氢油体积比为288,体积空速为1.62h-1的条件下,精制柴油产品含硫量为4μg/g,脱硫率可达99.8%,可满足国Ⅵ柴油标准要求。The ultra-deep diesel desulfurization catalyst RS-2100 was industrial applied in the 2 Mt/a hydrorefining unit of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company,PetroChina,and the initial operation results of the catalyst were calibrated.The results showed that after using RS-2100 catalyst,the unit ran properly and the catalyst indexes could meet production requirements.Under the conditions of reactor inlet temperature 322℃,pressure of high pressure separator 6.0 MPa,hydrogen to oil volume ratio 288 and space velocity 1.62 h-1,the sulphur content in the refined diesel product was 4μg/g,and the desulfurization rate could reach 99.8%,which could meet the NationalⅥstandard requirements for diesel.
