摘 要:采用等离子和TIG分别对Inconel 600热电偶套筒进行焊接,研究不同焊接方法对Inconel 600显微组织及其性能的影响。母材为全奥氏体组织,主要由γ、γ′(Ni3Al)以及Cr(23)C6碳化物组成,夹杂着些许氧化物颗粒。结果表明,等离子接头中析出的碳化物Cr(23)C6多于TIG焊接头,热影响区碳化物Cr(23)C6含量减少。焊缝显微硬度均低于母材,但等离子接头的焊缝显微硬度略大于TIG焊焊缝。The Inconel 600 thermocouple sleeve was welded using plasma and TIG to study the effect of the welding method on the microstructure and properties of Inconel 600.The base metal is a full austenite structure consisting mainly of γ、γ′(Ni3Al)and Cr23C6 carbides,which are interspersed with a small amount of oxide particles.The carbide Cr23C6 precipitated in the plasma joint is larger than the TIG welded joint,and the content of the carbide Cr23C6 in the heat-affected zone is reduced.The microhardness of the weld is lower than that of the base metal,but the weld microhardness of the plasma joint is slightly larger than that of the TIG weld.
