摘 要:竖井作为矿山的一项重大工程,对维持矿山安全高效生产起着至关重要的作用。为恢复柴胡栏子金矿1#竖井的提升能力,解决围岩破碎对竖井稳定性的影响,以顶帮极度破碎的竖井整体全覆盖锚固为出发点,针对埋藏较深、受地压影响较为严重、上盘较为破碎的F 1断层,采用整体式混凝土、锚杆和金属网、木模板等联合支护的下行式置换新技术对1#竖井进行修复以恢复提升作业。结果表明:下行式置换新技术在柴胡栏子金矿1#竖井应用效果良好,不仅大幅缩短了修复工期,而且也显著提高了作业安全性,为实现矿山生产经营目标发挥了重要作用。As a major project of the mine,the vertical shaft plays a vital role in maintaining the safe and efficient production of the mine.In order to restore the lifting capacity of the 1#vertical shaft in Chaihulanzi Gold Mine and solve the problem of the impact of surrounding rock fragmentation on the stability of the vertical shaft,the new downward displacement technology with overall concrete,bolt,metal mesh and wooden formwork joint support is employed to repair 1#vertical shaft to restore its lifting operation in F 1 fault which is buried deeper,more affected by ground pressure and has fragmented upper wall.The technology is set to fulfill the purpose to support the entire vertical shaft with extremely fragmented roof with bolts.The results show that the new downward displacement technology has a good application effect in the 1#vertical shaft of Chaihulanzi Gold Mine,which not only shortens the repair period significantly,but also significantly improves the safety factor of the operation,greatly serving the purpose of mine production and running.
