摘  要:电解铝废渣综合利用电解铝副产含锂电解质回收工艺相对落后,未能实现昂贵锂资源的循环利用。重点分析了副产含锂电解质的结构及理化性能,深入研究各参数指标,开辟了新的综合回收工艺路线,制备得到的高纯碳酸锂和冰晶石产品性能优异,均可满足新能源行业和电解铝行业市场需求,实现了低品位氟、锂资源的高效分离和循环利用,解决了制约电解铝行业发展的瓶颈,其经济、环保和社会效益显著。The recycling technology and process of electrolytic aluminum by-product,lithium-containing electrolytes by comprehensive utilization of electrolytic aluminum waste slag is relatively backward,failing to realize recycling of the expensive lithium resources.The structure and physical and chemical properties of the by-product lithium-containing electrolytes are focued on,and in depth study of various parameter index,open up a new comprehensive recovery process route.The as-obtained highly pure lithium carbonate and cryolite products with excellent performance,Can meet the market demand of new energy industry and electrolytic aluminum industry.High efficient separation and recycling of low-grade fluorine and lithium resources have been realized and the bottleneck problem that restricts the development of electrolytic aluminum industry is solved.Its economic,environmental protection and social benefits are remarkable.
