摘  要:产学研融合作为国家创新发展体系的重要组成部分,其在科技创新、成果转化和人才培养等方面具有举足轻重的作用。当前的产学研合作在促进人才培养上面临诸多困境,并存在一些亟须解决的现实问题,制约了工程技术人才培养质量的持续提升。为回应科技革命、产业升级和经济社会转型发展对工程技术人才的更高要求,需秉承战略性、开放性和可持续发展性原则,深入推进产学研重构,构建高素质工程技术人才培养的实践平台,对接新工科建设和发展的需求。As an important part of the national innovation and development system,Industry-university-research integration plays an important role in scientific and technological innovation,achievement transformation and personnel training.However,the current industry-university-research cooperation faces many difficulties in promoting personnel training and some urgent problems need to be resolved.These problems restrict the continuous improvement of the quality of engineering and technical personnel training.In order to respond to the higher requirements of technological revolution,industrial upgrading,economic and social development for engineering talents,it is necessary to adhere to the principles of strategic,open and sustainable development,further promote the industry-university-research reconstruction and build a practice platform for training high-quality engineering talents to meet the needs of new engineering construction and development.
