摘  要:以6DL3缸体主轴承盖结构为模型,试制了RuT450蠕墨铸铁材料的胀断工艺样件,通过激光切槽、轴孔胀断、螺栓拧紧、断口清理和螺栓拧紧后的精加工轴孔等胀断工艺流程的考核表明:采用感应电炉熔炼和喂丝法处理的RuT450蠕墨铸铁作为缸体主轴承盖胀断材料时能满足胀断工艺的要求,精加工后的试样装配情况良好;不同胀断面的试样在胀断试验中均未出现断面有碎屑剥落和主轴承孔径变化过大的问题,说明胀断面的增加对防止胀断后试样的偏斜有积极作用。Taking the main bearing cap structure of 6DL3 cylinder block as the model,the expanding and breaking process sample of RuT450 vermicular graphite iron material was trial-produced.The expansion and breaking process was carried out,including laser grooving,shaft hole expansion breaking,bolt tightening,fracture cleaning and shaft hole finishing.The results showed that the material of the main bearing cap structure of cylinder block prepared by using the RuT450 vermicular graphite iron produced with induction furnace melting and cored-wire injection vermicularizing could meet the requirements of expansion and breaking process,the assembling situation of the finished sample was good.During the expansion and breaking process all specimens with different expansion sections had no chippings peeling and had no main bearing bore diameter change too large that illustrated the expansion and breaking section increase had a positive effect to prevent the deflection of the broken specimen.
