摘  要:介绍了使用新东水平分型生产线生产刹车盘铸件出现的呛火和气孔缺陷,分析认为其原因是砂型排气不畅导致的。通过对比砂芯外圆排气道排气和模具安装橡胶冒口排气的优缺点,并经过不断改进,设计出一种新型的弹簧排气冒口进行排气。利用安装在上模具中心的弹簧排气装置,砂型挤压后,在上砂型表面弹开一个孔,在浇注过程中,能快速、有效地排出型腔内的气体,防止铸件产生呛火、气孔缺陷。批量使用后发现:铸件料废率大大降低,平均成品率上升2.4%。The bonfire and porosity defects in the production of brake disc castings using the Sinto horizontal production line were introduced.The reason was believed as the blocking sand exhaust.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the outer core exhaust of the sand core and the rubber riser exhaust of the mold,with continuous improvement,a new type of spring exhaust riser was designed for exhaust.Using the spring exhaust device installed in the center of the upper mold,after the sand extrusion,a hole was opened on the upper sand surface.And the gas in the cavity could be quickly and effectively discharged during the pouring process to prevent the casting from generating bonfire and stomata defect.After batch use,it was found that the scrap rate of castings was greatly reduced and the average yield increased by 2.4%.
