摘 要:针对低温冷表面结霜情况搭建了结霜实验系统,采用显微镜、CCD摄像机观察冷表面结霜全过程,并通过改变环境温度及冷液温度研究霜晶生长状况。实验结果表明:在冷表面划痕、凹陷处率先结霜;冷液温度及环境温度对霜晶生长状况影响很大,随着冷液温度的降低,霜晶粒径减小,分布密集,生长较快;随着环境温度的降低,霜晶生长缓慢。In this paper,a frosting experiment system is built for the cold surface frosting.The whole process of frosting is observed by microscope and CCD camera.The growth of frost crystal is studied by changing the temperature of environment and cold liquid.The experimental results show that the frosting takes the lead in the scratches and depressions of the cold surface;the temperature of the cold liquid and the ambient temperature have a great influence on the growth of the frost crystal.With the decrease of the temperature of the cold liquid,the frost crystal diameter decreases,the distribution is dense and the growth is fast;with the decrease of the ambient temperature,the growth of the frost crystal slows down.
