摘　　要：“三区一群”是落地河南省的诸多国家战略中的引领性和整体性战略,如何实现“三区”效应的最大化和与中原城市群发展格局的有效叠加是“三区一群”战略取得成功的核心与关键。本文从河南省所处的发展阶段入手,通过对“三区”的红利溢出和与中原城市群整合发展的分析,对这些问题进行了讨论并提出了相应的建议和设想。"Three zones&one agglomeration"is a leading&overall national strategy grounded in Henan.The key to the success of the strategy includes the effect maximazation of the"three zones"and its effective integration with the development of central China city agglomeration.Based on the development stage of Henan,the paper analyzed and discussed the spillover of the development advantage of"three zones",and its integrated development with the central city ag⁃glomeration.Finally,some suggestions and assumption were proposed.
