摘 要:针对电子装备FMECA和FTA过程中缺乏故障数据的问题,研究了基于故障传递模型自动开展FMECA、 FTA等可靠性分析工作的过程。故障传递模型融合了装备结构、功能、故障影响关系和故障传递关系,可为可靠性分析提供基础数据。首先,给出了建立装备故障传递模型的方法及流程;然后,在此基础上,研究了如何利用已建立的故障传递模型来自动生成装备的FMECA和FTA,从而实现可靠性自动分析的方法;最后,以某短波端机为对象,进行了案例研究,验证了该方法的有效性。In view of the problem of lack of fault data in the process of FMECA and FTA of electronic equipments, the process of automatic reliability analysis such as FMECA and FTA based on failure transfer model is studied. The failure transfer model combines the equipment structure, function, failure impact relation and failure transfer relation, and it can provide the basic date for reliability analysis. Firstly, the method and process of establishing the failure transfer model for equipment are given. Then, on the basis of this, the method of how to use the established failure transfer model to automatically generate the FMECA and FTA of equipment so as to relialize the automatic reliability analysis is studied. Finally, taking a short wave terminal machine as an object, a case study is carried out, and the effectiveness of the method is verified.
