辽南沿海地区农村住宅特点及装配式设计探索

摘　　要：辽南沿海地区传统农村住宅因为社会经济水平、民俗生活传承、生活功能需求等因素影响,在院落场地布局、住宅建筑主体室内空间及功能、建筑外观及建筑材料方面体现出沿海、寒冷地区的独特地域特点。现状传统农村住宅建筑建造模式粗放、体现低密度、低技术、低生活质量特征,而装配式建筑在优化建造技术、贯彻绿色生态理念、提高居住生活质量方面有积极的改善作用,为配合装配式建筑建造方式在未来农村住宅中的推广,从建筑模块体系设计的角度探索农村住宅装配式的可行性。The traditional rural houses in the coastal areas of southern Liaoning province have unique regional characteristics in terms of courtyard layout,interior space,function of the main body of residential buildings,building appearance and building materials,because of the influence from social and economic level,folk life inheritance,living function demand and other factors.The traditional rural houses are built in an extensive way characterized by low density,low technology and low quality of life.While the prefabricated buildings demonstrate an improvement in the construction technology optimization,implement of the green ecological concept as well as people’s living quality.The paper is of great help in promoting the popularization of prefabricated design for rural housing,and provides feasibilities for prefabricated buildings in rural areas from the perspective of module building design.
