盐碱胁迫对宁夏水稻出芽的影响

摘  要:筛选耐盐碱水稻材料,分析了盐碱胁迫对宁夏水稻出芽的影响,为宁夏盐碱地水稻栽培与育种提供技术支持。以前期筛选的4份萌发期耐盐碱水稻材料为研究对象,设置清水为对照,采用盐碱土、盐碱水、清水不同比例混合胁迫处理,调查其芽长与根长。结果表明:4个品种(系)在不同盐碱条件下发芽速度和发根速度表现差别明显。其中宁粳47号对盐碱胁迫表现较为不敏感,具有一定的耐盐性,在清水条件下生长速度快,在盐碱条件下依次减慢。吉粳105和12K-24对盐碱胁迫较敏感,在不同盐碱胁迫下,芽长和根长生长速度基本不变,芽长和根长最短。11X-8在盐碱胁迫下芽长和根长生长速度比清水处理快,似有喜盐碱的趋势。In this paper,the salt-tolerance rice materials were selected to analyze the influence of saline-alkali stress on rice germination,aiming to provide technical support for rice cultivation and breeding in saline lands in Ningxia.4 kinds of salt-tolerance rice materials in germination period were selected as the research object.They were subjected to combined stress with the mixture of saline-alkali soil,saline-alkali water and clear water in different proportions with the treatment of spraying clear water as CK,in order to investigate their bud length and root length.The results showed that their germination rates and root initiation rates varied significantly under different saline-alkali conditions.Among them,Ningjing No.47 was less sensitive to salinization and had certain resistance to salt.Its growth rate was quick in clear water and relatively slow under saline-alkali conditions.Jijing 105 and 12K-24 were more sensitive to saline-alkali conditions.Under different saline-alkali stress,the bud length and root length were the shortest and their growth rates were basically unchanged.The bud and root of Jijing 11X-8 grew faster under the saline-alkali stress than in clear water,showing a tendency of growing faster under saline-alkali conditions.
