农业基本建设项目管理问题研究

摘　　要：农业基本建设项目对促进我国农业发展有着极其重要的作用,通过农业生产基础设施的改善,极大提高了农业的综合生产能力。但由于农业基本建设项目管理中存在的各种问题,使农业基本建设项目实施受到很大影晌,导致项目投资效益不高。本文根据笔者工作实际,在分析提出农业基本建设项目管理存在问题的基础上,对存在问题进行了原因剖析,并提出了改进农业基本建设项目管理的建议。The capital construction projects of agriculture play an significant role in promoting China's agricultural development.The comprehensive productive capacity of the agriculture could be enhanced greatly by improving the infrastructure of agricultural production.However,due to various problems during the projects management,the projects implementation has been largely affected,thus reducing the project investment benefits.Based on actual situations,the existing management problems and their causes were analyzed in this paper,and the improvement suggestions were proposed.
