摘  要:目前钢箱梁桥面铺筑一般由防锈层、粘结层、沥青混合铺筑层构成,在国内现在常用的方法有三大类,第一类是以德国、日本为代表的高温拌合浇筑式沥青混合料,第二类是以美国为代表的环氧树脂沥青混合料,第三类以中国为代表的剪力钉+高韧高强轻集料混凝土。以上工艺各有优缺点,本文介绍的是与上述工艺不同钢箱梁桥面铺装体系,改性环氧树脂薄层+SMA沥青混合料。该工艺施工简单,机械化投入少,施工工期短,施工成本低的特点。At present,the steel box girder bridge deck is generally composed of a rust-proof layer,an adhesive layer,and an asphalt mixed pavement layer.There are three types of methods commonly used in China now.The first type is high-temperature mixing cast asphalt mixtures represented by Germany and Japan,the second type is epoxy asphalt mixtures represented by the United States,and the third type is shear nails+high toughness high-strength lightweight aggregate concrete represented by China.Each of the above processes has advantages and disadvantages.This article introduces a steel box girder deck pavement system different from the above process,a modified epoxy resin thin layer+SMA asphalt mixture.This process has the characteristics of simple construction,less mechanization investment,short construction period and low construction cost.
