摘  要:在电气化铁路中,若想改善接触网站的使用质量首先需做好重建与改造工作,创造良好的环境让弓网使用更加安全,这也是电力系统运行支持机电车辆高速行驶的必要条件。而其中接触网之间的施工质量是影响其运行的顽固问题之一,多数硬点的存在非常容易导致接触线与电弓运作期间由于机械的长期物理运作导致电弧烧伤严重,很多时候会导造成断线、塌网等事故,进而要减少硬点对接触网的损耗提升其使用质量,这样也保障了高速电气化铁路机车运行。弓网的使用安全得到保障也间接使铁路经济稳定上升,基于此,本文章主要针对硬点在电气化使用过程中容易产生的危害和常见故障原因进行分析,结合张呼高铁开通段动检发现的问题,整理出几点硬点的消除方法,以指导张呼高铁非开通段下一步的施工和精调工作。In electrified railways,if you want to improve the quality of the use of contact sites,you must first do a good job of reconstruction and reconstruction,and create a good environment to make bow nets safer to use.This is also a necessary condition for power system operations to support high-speed driving of electromechanical vehicles.Among them,the construction quality between the contact nets is one of the stubborn problems affecting its operation.The existence of most hard points can easily lead to severe arc burns due to the long-term physical operation of the machine during the operation of the contact line and the pantograph.In many cases,it will lead to accidents such as disconnection and collapse of the net,and it is necessary to reduce the loss of the contact point by the hard points to improve its use quality,which also ensures the operation of high-speed electrified railway locomotives.Based on this,this article mainly analyzes the hazards and common faults that are easily generated during the use of hard points in the process of electrification.Combined with the problems found during the dynamic inspection of the Zhanghu high-speed railway opening section,this article sorts out several hard point elimination methods to guide the next step of construction and fine-tuning of the non-opening section of the Zhanghu High-speed Railway.
