摘　　要：目的:探讨吻合口动脉端狭窄致自体动静脉内瘘早期失功的效果。方法:回顾性分析某院在2019年3月~2019年8月治疗的100例需要进行自体动静脉内瘘术的慢性血液透析患者的临床资料,分为狭窄组51例,非狭窄组49例。结果:狭窄组患者的自体动静脉内瘘早期失功的发生率要高于非狭窄组,狭窄组患者的自体动静脉内瘘成熟时间要大于非狭窄组,狭窄组患者的自体动静脉内瘘使用时间要小于非狭窄组,两组结果差异明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:吻合口动脉端狭窄会增加自体动静脉内瘘早期失功的发生概率,增加自体动静脉内瘘的成熟时间和减少自体动静脉内瘘的使用时间。Objective:To discuss the effect of early failure of autologous arteriovenous fistula caused by anastomotic artery end stenosis.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with chronic hemodialysis who needed autologous arteriovenous fistula in a hospital from March 2019 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into stenosis group and non-stenosis group according to whether the patients had anastomotic artery end stenosis.There were 51 cases in stenosis group and 49 cases in non-stenosis group.Then,the early failure of autologous arteriovenous fistula between the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The incidence of early failure of autologous arteriovenous fistula in stenosis group was higher than that in non-stenosis group,the maturity time of autologous arteriovenous fistula in stenosis group was longer than that in non-stenosis group,and the use time of autologous arteriovenous fistula in stenosis group was shorter than that in non-stenosis group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stenosis of anastomotic artery end may increase the occurrence of early failure of autologous arteriovenous fistula,increase the maturation time of autologous arteriovenous fistula and reduce the use time of autologous arteriovenous fistula.
