伊贝沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压患者的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨伊贝沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:随机将2016年1月~2018年10月治疗原发性高血压的84例患者分为两组,常规组采用伊贝沙坦治疗,研究组采用伊贝沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗,比较两组的疗效差异。结果:两组患者治疗前SBP、DBP水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05);研究组治疗后SBP、DBP水平、不良反应发生率明显低于常规组,治疗总有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者采用伊贝沙坦联合硝苯地平治疗,能有效降低患者的血压水平,减少不良反应的发生。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of irbesartan combined with nifedipine in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:84 patients with essential hypertension treated from January 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine group was treated with irbesartan,while the study group was treated with irbesartan and nifedipine.The difference of curative effect between the two groups was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of SBP and DBP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of SBP,DBP and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan combined with nifedipine can effectively reduce the blood pressure level of patients with essential hypertension and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
