摘　　要：随着“智能+”的提出,跨境电商的进一步发展也得到了极大的促进。文章首先在对“智能+”与跨境电商进行综述的基础上,对河南省跨境电商发展进行了梳理,其次针对其在信息体系建设、人才缺乏、物流监管等方面的问题进行论述,再次分析河南省跨境电商在政策、技术等方面的发展机遇,最后探讨了“智能+”背景下河南省跨境电商在信用体系建设、电商人才培养方式、智慧物流等方面的发展策略。With the proposal of"intelligent+",the further development of cross-border e-com⁃merce has also been greatly promoted.Based on the summary of"intelligent+"and cross-bor⁃der e-commerce,this paper combed the development history of cross-border e-commerce in Henan Province.Secondly,it discussed the problems including information system construction,lack of talents,logistics supervision and other aspects,and then analyzed the development oppor⁃tunities of cross-border e-commerce in Henan Province in terms of policy and technology.Final⁃ly,it probed into the development strategies of cross-border e-commerce in Henan Province un⁃der the background of"intelligence+",such as credit system construction,e-commerce person⁃nel training mode,intelligent logistics and so on.
