摘　　要：新能源汽车是河南省政府规划中的支柱型产业。在新常态发展背景下厘清影响其需求量的主要因素,对于助推新能源汽车快速健康发展,促进河南省实现高质量增长具有重大的现实意义。为识别具体因子的作用方向和影响强度,本文把人均地区生产总值、居民消费水平、年末常住人口、汽油的消费量、道路长度、公共交通车辆运营数和钢材产量等因素作为解释变量,采用最小二乘法回归模型进行实证检验,分析发现:居民消费水平是河南省新能源汽车需求量最重要的影响因素。据此供给方在价格策略、成本控制、销售渠道上应贴近不同层级收入群体的消费特征,政府部门需要采用财税工具提升消费者的消费能力和消费意愿。The new energy vehicle is the pillar industry in the government planning of Henan Prov⁃ince.Under the background of new normal development,it is of great practical significance to clarify the main factors that affect the demand of new energy vehicles in Henan,which can pro-mote the rapid and healthy development of new energy vehicles and promote the high-quality growth of Henan Province.In order to identify the action direction and influence intensity of spe-cific factors,this paper took per capita GDP,consumption level of residents,year-end resident population,consumption of gasoline,road length,operation number of public transport vehicles and steel output as explanatory variables,and used the least two times regression model to con-duct empirical test.The analysis showed that the consumption level of residents was the most im-portant influencing factor of the demand for new energy vehicles in Henan Province.According to this,the supply side should be close to the consumption characteristics of different income groups in price strategy,cost control and sales channels.The government departments need to use fiscal and tax tools to improve the consumption ability and willingness of consumers.
