摘　　要：设计了一种激光净料切割生产线,它是集成了卷料开卷整平送料装置、激光切割装置、出料输送装置的自动化生产线设备。通过采用卷料钢板作为原材料,进行连续的生产,实现净料加工,提高了材料利用率,节省了人工成本,具有全自动化生产的能力。A kind of laser net material cutting production line has been designed,which is an automated production line equipment integrated with coil uncoiling and leveling feeding device,laser cutting device,and discharge conveying device.By taking the coiled steel plates as raw materials for continuous production,the net material processing has been achieved.The material utilization has been increased and the labor costs have been saved,while the ability to fully automated production has been achieved.
