摘　　要：调整螺杆及调整螺母的主要功能是调整滑块装模高度,滑块与工作台面的平行。调整螺杆及调整螺母的精度直接影响滑块的精度。调整螺杆及调整螺母45°锯齿形螺纹加工为加工难点,45°锯齿形螺纹检测为另一个难点。The main function of the adjusting screw and adjusting nut is to adjust the height of the slider die.The slider is parallel to the work surface.The accuracy of the adjusting screw and adjusting nut directly affects the accuracy of the slider.The 45°zigzag thread of the adjusting screw and adjusting nut is difficult to process,and the 45°zigzag thread is another difficulty.
