摘  要:采用Forge锻造模拟软件,对材质为H13,重量为20t的八角铸锭镦粗工艺进行仿真模拟,通过对压机速度、锻造火次、镦粗方式等不同参数进行仿真模拟,对坯料镦粗过程的温度场、应力、压机载荷等结果进行分析,选择合适的工艺参数,预测选择合适吨位的压机,为实际生产过程提供有力的理论依据及数据支撑。The forge forging simulation software has been used to simulate the upsetting process of an octagonal ingot with a material of H13 and a weight of 20t.Through simulation of different parameters such as the speed of the press,the number of forging fires,and the upsetting method,the temperature field,stress,press load and other results during blank upsetting process have been analyzed.The appropriate process parameters have been selected to predict the selection of a suitable tonnage press which provides the strong theoretical basis and data support for the actual production process.
