摘  要:本文基于Autoform对整体式汽车天窗加强框在不同的条件下进行了仿真分析,对比了各种状态下冲压单件的成形力需求,并从零件自身和工艺设计等两个大的方面梳理了成形力的影响因素,为优化冲压件成形力,降低机床生产吨位提供理论依据。经模拟分析,影响汽车零件成形力的主要因素可概括:零件自身的材质料厚、型面特征,拉延模面的分模线、拉延行程以及模具的研合率等,并从以上几个方面分别对各个影响因素提出了理论上的优化方向及各优化方案可能存在的问题。The simulation analysis has been conducted to integrated vehicle sunroof reinforcement frame under different conditions on the basis of Autoform.The forming force requirements of stamping single parts in various states have been compared.The influencing factors of forming force have been summarized from the two aspects of the part itself and the process design,which provides theoretical basis for optimizing forming force of stamping parts and reducing tonnage of machine tools.After the simulation analysis,the main factors affecting the forming force of automobile parts can be summarized:the material thickness of the part itself,the characteristics of the profile,the parting line of the drawing die surface,the drawing stroke,and the ratio of the research and closing of the die.The theoretical optimization directions and possible problems of each optimization scheme have been proposed for each influencing factor on all factors mentioned above.
