摘　　要：在针对灌区开展改造规划工作的时候,需要工作人员充分的结合井渠结构的情况,秉承节能降耗的原则,制定出切实可行的施工方案,最终实现节水的目的。对灌区水资源加以高效的利用,并重视灌区土壤盐碱化的防治工作的开展,这样对于促进农业生产的稳定健康发展是非常有助益的。In view of the transformation planning work of the irrigation area,it is necessary for the staff to fully combine the situation of the well channel structure,adhere to the principle of energy conservation and consumption reduction,develop a practical construction scheme,and finally achieve the purpose of water conservation.It is very helpful for promoting the stable and healthy development of agricultural production to make efficient use of water resources and pay attention to the prevention and control of soil salinization.
