摘 要:羊毛作为高档的天然蛋白质纤维,具有优良的弹性、丰满的手感及保暖性能。随着生活水平的提高,特别是毛纺织服装面料向结构轻薄化、风格潮流化、功能多样化及原料多元化的方向发展,人们对羊毛与其混纺产品的兴趣愈加浓厚。羊毛混纺织物兼容多组分纤维的性能,优点明显,但是同样因羊毛的存在,其鳞片会引起穿着者的刺痒感。文章研究了涤纶/粘胶纤维/羊毛混纺织物的蛋白酶前处理以及后整理工艺,该工艺能够有效消除涤纶/粘胶纤维/羊毛混纺织物的刺痒感,并使面料呈现出柔顺爽滑的手感。As the high-end natural protein fiber,wool has good elasticity,rich hand feeling and excellent thermal insulation property.With the improvement of the living standard,the new trend of wool blended fabric becomes lightweight,fashion,multifunction and diverse raw materials,especially in the international market.People become more and more interested in wool and wool blended fabric.The wool blended fabric has the excellent properties of the multicomponent fiber.But also due to the wool,its scale serration can cause scratchiness on the wearer.The paper studied the protease pretreatment and finishing process of polyester/viscose/wool blended fabric.This process can effectively eliminate the itchiness of this blended fabric and make it a soft and smooth hand feeling.
