摘  要:钛系催化剂对聚酯合成具有优异的催化活性,且无毒,正得到广泛研究与应用。文章从聚酯(PET)合成过程的主要化学反应入手,研究指出钛系催化剂催化链增长反应活性高,且同时催化聚酯的热氧化降解,致使PET颜色泛黄。在聚酯合成时添加适宜的抗氧剂可有效抑制热氧化降解。预先将钛系催化剂配制成可溶性的与含磷化合物配位的乙二醇络合物,既能适度控制钛原子的催化活性,又能抑制其热氧化降解,改善PET的色相。The titanium catalyst has excellent catalytic activity for polyester synthesis and is non-toxic,which is being widely studied and applied.This paper starts with the main chemical reaction of the polyester synthesis process,points out that based on research the catalytic chain growth reaction activity of titanium catalyst is high,and catalyzed the thermal oxidation degradation of polyester at the same time can cause PET’s color to be yellowed.The addition of suitable antioxidants to polyester synthesis can effectively inhibit thermal oxidation degradation.And the pre-preparation of titanium catalysts to be soluble with phosphatic compounds in place with glycol complex can control the catalytic activity of titanium atoms in moderation,which can inhibit its thermal oxidation degradation and improve PET’s hue of color.
