摘  要:传统的毛纺行业需要实现智能化改造,精益布局是基础、车间物流自动化是手段、信息化软件应用是重点。引入精益管理的单件流生产方式是必然趋势,尤其是在新建工厂之前就应进行精益布局和单件流物料自动化设计。文章以康赛妮集团有限公司智能工厂项目为例,介绍了将传统毛粗纺纯羊绒纺纱离散型加工模式转变为连续型(单件流)加工模式的生产实践,使企业生产线得到瘦身并高速运转,从而更加灵敏地适应小批量、多样化、个性定制的市场销售模式。The traditional wool textile industry needs to realize intelligent transformation.The lean layout is its foundation,workshop logistics automation is the means,and information software application is the focus.Therefore,it is an inevitable trend to introduce the single-piece flow production method of lean management,especially the lean layout and the single-piece flow material automation design must be done before the new factory is built.Taking the Consinee Group intelligent factory project as an example,this paper introduces the production practice of transforming the traditional discrete processing mode of spinning into a continuous(single-piece flow)processing mode,which simplifies and speeds up the production line operation,so as to adapt to the small quantities,diversified,personalized marketing model.
