复方丁香开胃贴联合益生菌制剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方丁香开胃贴联合益生菌制剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年9月~2018年1月某院秋季腹泻患儿88例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组44例采用常规西医联合益生菌制剂治疗,观察组44例在对照组基础上加用复方丁香开胃贴治疗,比较两组疗效及临床症状评分。结果:两组治疗后总有效率比较,观察组90.91%高于对照组70.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前临床症状评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组临床症状评分对比,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丁香开胃贴联合益生菌制剂治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效显著,能显著改善临床症状。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of compound clove appetizer combined with probiotics in the treatment of children's autumn diarrhea.Methods:88 patients with children's autumn diarrhea in a hospital from September 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,44 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with probiotics and the observation group was received compound clove appetizer on the basis of the control group.The curative effect and clinical symptom scores were compared.Results:The total effective rate was compared between two groups.The observation group was 90.91%,higher than that of control group 70.45%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the clinical symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the control group was higher than that of observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of compound clover appetizer combined with probiotics in the treatment of children's autumn diarrhea is remarkable and can significantly improve the clinical symptom.
