摘  要:目的:探讨基于临床案例学习联合以问题为导向教学模式在骨科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取98例于2017年3月~2019年1月在某院骨科实习的医学生,随机分为对照组和研究组,各49例。对照组予传统授课式教学(LBL),研究组予基于临床案例学习(CBL)联合以问题为导向(PBL)教学模式,对比两组考核成绩(操作成绩、沟通成绩和理论成绩)及两组在不同类型问题提出率比较。结果:研究组各项成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组各项问题提出率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科临床教学中,采用CBL联合PBL教学模式,可通过提高实习生问题提出率,并配以带教老师以实际临床案例为依据,使实习生生动直观地得到问题解答,进而丰富临床经验。Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical case-based learning combined with problem-oriented teaching mode in orthopaedics clinical teaching.Methods:A total of 98 medical students who practiced in the department of orthopedics from March 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a control group(49)and a study group(49).The control group was given traditional teaching method(LBL),and the research group was given problem-based learning(PBL)based on the clinical case(CBL)teaching mode.Compared the two groups'performance(operation,communication and theory)and the two groups'problem-solving rate.Results:The results of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the problem-solving rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In orthopaedic clinical teaching,the CBL combined with PBL teaching mode can help interns to get vivid and intuitive answers to questions by improving the problematic rate of interns,and based on the actual clinical cases of the instructors,thus enriching their clinical experience.
