摘 要:LED作为一种节能高效的发光器件,其光学特性受驱动电流、环境温度等因素的影响。本文主要研究不同的环境温度和驱动电流模式对不同波长LED峰值波长的影响,选取了可见光波段内的13种不同的波长的LED、3种不同的环境温度、10种不同的驱动电流进行实验,并得出以下实验结论:①在相同温度情况下,415~531 nm波长区间内的LED的峰值波长随着驱动电流占空比的增加而增加,在591~740 nm波长区间的LED的峰值波长随着驱动电流占空比的增加而减小。②在相同模式电流驱动下,随着环境温度的升高,所有不同波长类型的LED的峰值波长都增加,即发生红移,且LED峰值波长的移动量与温差之间具有很好的线性关系。③环境温度的升高可以使得LED波长增大,且这种波长增大量与LED本身波长有关,温度使红光LED波长增大量Δλ红明显比蓝光LED波长增大量Δλ蓝要高。④环境温度与驱动电流共同作用下,可以使得LED峰值波长出现更大的偏移量,两种因素对LED峰值波长的影响效果可以叠加。实验结果希望可为改变LED光学特性提供参考。As an energy-saving and efficient light-emitting device,LED’s optical characteristics are affected by factors such as driving current and temperature.This article mainly studies the effects of different temperature and driving current modes on the peak wavelength of LEDs of different wavelengths.13 kinds of LEDs with different wavelength in the visible light band,3 kinds of experiment temperatures,and ten different driving currents were selected for experiments.The following experimental conclusions are obtained.①At the same temperature,the peak wavelength of the LED in the wavelength range of 415~531nm increases with the increase of the duty cycle of the driving current,and the peak wavelength of the LED in the wavelength range of 591~740nm decreases with the drive current duty cycle increase.②Under the same mode of current drive,as the temperature increases,the peak wavelengths of all LEDs of different wavelength types increase,which is called red shift,and there is a good linear relationship between the amount of LED peak wavelength movement and the temperature difference.③The increase of temperature can make the wavelength of LED increase,and the increase of the wavelength is related to the wavelength of the LED itself.The red LED’s wavelength shift is significantly higher than the blue LED’s wavelength shift.④The effect of temperature and drive current together can make bigger LED peak wavelength shift,and the effects of the two factors on the LED peak wavelength can be added.The experimental results hope to provide a reference for changing the optical characteristics of LEDs.
