摘　　要：目的:探讨临床护理路径在肺癌患者围手术期的实施效果,提高医疗护理质量。方法:选取我院胸外科2017年6月~2019年5月收治的实施手术治疗的肺癌患者120例为研究对象。按照组间的年龄、性别、病理类型与程度、临床体征等因素匹配的原则,分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组采用常规治疗护理方法,观察组采用临床护理路径治疗护理。比较两组治疗护理效果。结果:观察组术后并发症的发生率、平均住院天数、平均住院费用少于对照组,健康教育知识掌握评分和对护理工作满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用临床护理路径可促进肺癌患者术后康复,提高满意度,降低术后并发症的发生率,减少住院时间和住院费用,提高医疗护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in the perioperative period of lung cancer patients,and to improve the quality of medical.Method From June 2017 to may 2019,120 patients with lung cancer admitted to department of thoracic surgery of our hospital for the research,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment and nursing,base on this,those in the observation group were treated with clinical nursing pathway.To compare the treatment and nursing effects between two groups.Result The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the mean hospital stay and the hospitalization expenses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the health knowledge master score and the satisfaction degree were better than those in the control group,the difference between two group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway can promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer,improve satisfaction of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,reduce hospital stay and hospitalization expenses,improve the quality of medical care.
