艾塞那肽注射液联合中药汤剂和穴位埋线治疗单纯性痰湿内盛型肥胖症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察艾塞那肽注射液联合中药汤剂(导痰汤合四苓散加减)和穴位埋线治疗单纯性痰湿内盛型肥胖症患者的临床疗效。方法将2017年9月—2018年9月在黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院内分泌科治疗的单纯性痰湿内盛型肥胖症患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组患者采用艾塞那肽注射液联合中药汤剂和穴位埋线治疗,对照组采用中药汤剂口服联合穴位埋线治疗,2组疗程均为1个月。统计2组疗效,观察治疗前后2组患者的体质量、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围的变化。结果治疗组有效率为93.3%(25/30),对照组有效率为73.3%(22/30),治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后体质量、BMI、腰围、臀围均有明显改善(P均<0.05),治疗组体质量、BMI、腰围、臀围改善程度均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论艾塞那肽注射液联合中药汤剂和穴位埋线治疗单纯性痰湿内盛型肥胖症临床疗效显著。Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of Byetta combined with Chinese medicine decoction(Daotan decoction plus Silingsan decoction)and acupoint catgut implantation in treating simple obese with excessive phlegm-dampness.Methods Sixty patients with simple obesity of type of excessive phlegm-dampness treated in the Endocrinology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditonal Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with exenatide injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction and acupoint catgut implantation;the patients in the control group were treated with Chinese medicine decoction orally combined with acupoint catgut implantation.The course of treatment was 1 month.The changes of body weight,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference,and hip circumference of the patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The effective rate was 93.3%(25/30)in the treatment group and 73.3%(22/30)in the control group.The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Body weight,BMI,waist and hip circumference were significantly improved after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of body weight,BMI,waist and hip circumference in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Byetta combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction and acupoint embedding is significant in the treatment of simple obesity with excessive phlegm and dampness.
