摘　　要：深圳作为我国金融发展和创新中心,是我国金融业30年发展历程中诸多事业走在全国前列的开拓者,在金融监管领域,同样也承担着实践探索和引领的重任。2019年8月,《中共中央国务院关于支持深圳建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区的意见》明确指出深圳要“探索创新跨境金融监管”。因此,探索建设完善现代金融监管体系,对深圳金融业长期稳定健康发展,对全国金融监管体系建设和完善,都具有重要的理论和实践意义。Shenzhen,as China’s financial development and innovation center,is a pioneer in the development of China’s financial industry in the past three decades.In the field of financial regulation,it also shoulders the responsibility of exploration and guidance in practice.In August 2019,a guidance on supporting Shenzhen in building a demonstration pilot zone for socialism with Chinese characteristics was issued by the State Council.It clearly stated that“cross-border financial regulation should be explored and innovated”.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the construction and improvement of modern financial supervision system in Shenzhen,for the benefit of the long-term stable and healthy development of Shenzhen’s financial industry,as well as for the construction and improvement of the national financial supervision system.
