摘 要:目的探讨人参皂苷联合骨髓间充质干细胞移植对大鼠阿尔茨海默病模型学习记忆能力及神经元再生的影响。方法制备45只SD大鼠阿尔茨海默病模型,随机分为3组,采用骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗为A组,采用人参皂苷联合骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗为B组,采用生理盐水注射为C组,比较三组阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠的学习记忆能力、神经元再生情况。结果C组移植前后的逃避潜伏期成绩相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组移植前逃避潜伏期成绩相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);移植后,A组和B组的逃避潜伏期成绩较移植前降低,A组、B组逃避潜伏期成绩均低于C组,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);移植后,B组BrdU阳性细胞数高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿尔茨海默病模型大鼠采用人参皂苷联合骨髓间充质干细胞移植效果确切,可有效促进神经元再生,提高学习记忆能力。Objective To investigate the effect of ginsenoside combined with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on learning and memory ability and neuron regeneration in rat models with Alzheimer disease.Methods Totally 45 SD rat models with Alzheimer disease were randomly divided into three groups.The rats with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells transplantation were included in group A,the rats with ginsenoside and bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells transplantation were included in group B,and the rats with saline injection were included in group C.The learning and memory ability and neuron regeneration of rat models with Alzheimer disease were compared among the three groups.Results There was no statistical difference in the score of escape latency in group C before and after transplantation(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in the score of escape latency among the three groups before transplantation(P>0.05).After transplantation,the scores of escape latency in group A and group B were lower than those before transplantation,the scores of escape latency in group A and group B were lower than those in group C,and group B was lower than group A(P<0.05).After transplantation,the number of BrdU positive cells in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginsenoside combined with bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells transplantation in the treatment of rat models with Alzheimer disease is effective,which can promote neuron regeneration and increase learning and memory ability.
