摘　　要：目的研究七叶皂苷导致静脉炎患者与未发生静脉炎患者血液中代谢产物的差异,旨在发现容易发生静脉炎的潜在生物标志物和代谢通路。方法收集因骨折入院需要静脉滴注七叶皂苷的患者,在用药前抽取血样,根据患者后续发生静脉炎或未发生静脉炎的情况分为2组,采用^1H-NMR分析,寻找两组之间的差异代谢物,并通过差异代谢物寻找代谢通路。结果容易发生静脉炎的患者血清中肌醇、甲醇含量明显升高,但亮氨酸、赖氨酸、磷酸肌酸、苯基丙氨酸含量明显下降。将这6种代谢物通过Metaboanalyst数据库进行代谢通路分析,提示容易发生静脉炎的患者可能存在氨基酸代谢紊乱。结论注射七叶皂苷后容易发生静脉炎的患者可能存在氨基酸代谢紊乱。Objective To analyze the difference of metabolic products between patients with aescin-induced phlebitis and patients without aescin-induced phlebitis,and identify the potential biomarkers and metabolic pathways.Methods Patients admitted to hospital for fracture were collected,and they were divided into two groups according to whether they have phlebitis after using aescin.^1H NMR was used to look for the differential metabolites between the two groups and then search the metabolic pathway.Results The concentrations of inositol and methanol were increased,while the concentrations of leucine,lysine,phosphocreatine and phenylalanine were decreased.The metabolic pathways were analyzed by metaboanalyst database,which revealed that patients of phlebitis might have amino acid metabolism disorder.Conclusion Patients who are prone to phlebitis after injection of aescinoside may have amino acid metabolism disorders.
