摘 要:全球教育改革的焦点正由“教育质量”向“教师质量”转变。大学体育教师因起点迷失、过程遮蔽、价值错位而深陷“术”的羁绊与“教”的束缚。运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑演绎等研究方法,从现实表象及成因分析切入,探寻大学体育教师困境阻滞的内在机理和消解之策,试图对重塑大学体育教师职业内涵带来新的思考和启示。研究表明:(1)营造有温度、有力度的体育课,致力于“成为人”与“体育”的相遇,用匠人精神锤炼职业信仰;(2)推进单向度的“教”向参与化的“教”、智慧化的“教”转变,构建有秩序的“混乱”和有营养的“放羊”课堂;(3)摆脱“舒适区”弊端,创新粘性教学环境,完善“能上课”到“上好课”的教学机制;(4)推进教师从“演员”到“导演”、从“记录员”到“分析师”的身份转型;(5)将学术研究的“起跳跨越”是基于长期深耕的“深蹲助跑”的认识根植于教学实践,这些都将成为新时代大学体育教师价值嬗变和行而成力的现实召唤。The focus of global education reform is changing from“quality of education”to“quality of teacher”.Because of getting lost at the beginning,masking in process and the dislocation of value,PE teachers in colleges are trapped in the fetters of“scholarship”and“instruction”.By using the methods of literature,expert interview,and logical deduction etc.,this paper,based on the analysis of realistic presentation and causes,explores the internal mechanism of the difficulties of college PE teachers and the solutions to it,tries to bring new thinking and enlightenment to reshaping the professional connotation of college PE teachers.Research shows that:1)create a warm,dynamic physical education class,devote to the fusion of“being human”and“sports”and temper professional belief by the spirit of craftsmanship;2)promote the process from“one-way teaching”to“teaching with involvement”and“teaching with wisdom”,construct a class with“controlled chaos”and nutritious“shepherd type”teaching;3)get rid of the disadvantages of“cozy area”,innovate the sticky teaching environment,improve the teaching mechanism from“capable of teaching”to“able to give a good lesson”;4)push forward the identity shift from“actor”to“director”,from“recorder”to“analyst”;5)root the concept that“well-prepared jumping and leaping”in academic research is based on the long-term persistence of“deep squats in the run-up”in teaching practice will construct the practical appeal that college PE teachers could realize their change of values from action to action with power in new era.
